HOMEMADE VEGAN Coconut cookies!

This is the healthier version of cookies, so don't BUY cookies, make THEM!!!

Recipe:
- 1,5 cup of plain flour
- 1 cup of desiccated coconut
- 2 spoons of cocoa powder
- half a cup of porridge oats
- one small spoon of baking powder
- half a cup of brown sugar
- 3 big spoons of coconut oil
- half a cup of rice milk( soy milk or coconut milk, your choice)
Then add everything together to the big bowl,stir it with your hands and start making round balls and try to make them flat.You can add a bit of jam on the top of the cookie if you wish.
Place them on the baking tray, prepare the oven on 180 C,
and bake for 20-25 min.

STEAM your FOOD!

Steaming Food is quick, easy and very healthy!
On today's menu we have steamed turkey breast with spices like sweet paprika, chilli, tandoori spices. As for the veg. : broccoli and carrots the perfect match.
It took only about 30min. to create such a lovely dinner, so You don't need to spend hour or more in the kitchen.
There is plenty of benefits of steaming food but the main ones are:
- steaming removes fat from the meat
- Retains vitamins and minerals
- retain their original colour, taste of vegetables etc.
Save your time! it will keep your kitchen clean, so just start using steam cooker!

No PAIN no GAIN ---------- Protein are good for your bodyyy;)

Today is a cloudy day, no sun, no energy but there is a way how to feel better.

Go to the Gym, even when you don't really wanna go, You must go. You won't regret it.

After 2h of sweat and pain was finally a time for lunch.
I have made a scrambled eggs(I added a bit of fresh coriander and red onion) with more the white of an egg then put it on the bread and on top of that smoked salmon:)

Very tasty and healthy!

Chicken ala Kai Greene;)


If you are going to the gym regularly and want to gain muscle then eat chicken. How simple is that!
For today's dinner I recommend fried chicken fillets with spices like sweet paprika, sea salt, pepper, garlic. It's simple and delicious!!! What about carbs??? Well for your carbs we gonna have oven baked potato chips. They very yummy. Of course You cant forgot about Vegetables. And to add more good vitamins to your body we going to steam broccoli and carrots for 10 to 15 minutes.
That's the result of not working hard!



Vegan Chocolate Cake;-)




This is the easiest cake I have ever done in my life. It’s healthier version of desserts. You don’t need eggs, baking powder, milk or butter!
It’s definitely worth to try it;-)
You need:
1,5 cup of plain flour or gluten free flour
0,5 cup of brown sugar
4 big spoons of desiccated coconut
3 big spoons of cocoa powder
1 small spoon of baking soda
3 big spoons of coconut oil
pinch o sea salt
3 spoons of strawberry jam
Mix it ingredients in a big bowl and add 1 cup of still mineral water.
Stir everything together by using an ordinary spoon, until the mass will be nice and smooth. Then you MUST add a cup of raisins and half a cup of walnuts(or any nuts you like).Stir again. Preheat the oven to 180C/gas 4. You need a round cake tin between 20 – 23cm, use baking paper ass well.
Bake for 30-35 minutes. Then let cool in tin for 10 min, but after that you going to enjoy very tasty and healthy cake then you ever had.
